".........WE WILL ACCEPT THE RESULTS. WE ARE A DEMOCRATIC PARTY AND WE KNOW NO OTHER WAY."
Those are few lines from former Zambia's president, Rupiah Banda, in his formal speech in accepting the election results few days ago. The few words in here are the hardest words for many African presidents across Africa, especially in countries where one party has been in power for too long.I believe what has happened in Zambia has shock many other ruling parties in Africa, including Tanzania. That is as long as you continue to ignore young employment, corruption and other grievances people will not afraid to vote in opposition. And not only vote for them, but also stand up to see their votes are not rigged.
Zambians voice is clear, a good example set.... I expect this happening in more African states in these few years.
Young people making the change!!
